Family-Owned · Licensed NC General Contractor
WhitBrooke crafts custom homes, lake retreats, and commercial spaces across the Raleigh area and eastern North Carolina — every detail managed in-house by the family whose name is on the sign.
The Family Behind the Build
WhitBrooke is a two-generation, family-owned company. Ken set the standard over a lifetime of building across eastern North Carolina, and his sons Taylor and Tanner carry it into every project today — alongside a team that treats your home like it's their own.
When you build with us, you don't get a call center or a rotating cast of managers. You get the Griswolds, a handshake that means something, and the same people from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
What We Do
From a ground-up custom home to a commercial build or a lake retreat, every WhitBrooke project is managed under one roof — no handoffs, no finger-pointing, no surprises.
All ServicesOur Promise
WhitBrooke is a two-generation family company. When you build with us, you work directly with the Griswolds — the same people who set the standard, run the field, and stand behind every home with a handshake.
Scheduling, selections, and every crew coordinated by our own team — never subcontracted out.
Nothing leaves a WhitBrooke jobsite without meeting Ken's bar — and his bar doesn't bend.
We build in the same towns where we go to church, play ball, and see you at the grocery store.
The numbers you see up front are the numbers you can trust — and our word outlasts the warranty.
